What’s the difference between the BEST price and LOWEST price?

Recent new home construction pricing has been great, but the economy is getting better and inflation is setting in, bottom line, home prices are going up. We have seen price increases in almost every product and labor category this year.  Now is the time to build your new home!

But how do you know you’re getting the BEST PRICE?

If we wanted to offer the cheapest price, we would just use the cheapest products along with the cheapest labor. You can believe there is plenty of that to go around!  But the cheapest isn’t always good and may mean more costs and hassles for you down the road. Inferior materials don’t stand up to use and unqualified labor can make for costly mistakes that may not show up for years, but trust us, they will show up.

·         We help you customize one of our exclusive designs or we help create a new one.

·         Then we finalize your material selections and present you with the best finished price on your new home. Be aware of “allowance” items, underestimating allowances, and incomplete specifications will cause unnecessary cost overruns sure to ruin what should be a wonderful home building experience.

Here’s where the Best Price Assurance comes in…

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your price, based on our plans and specifications, you can take them to another builder to get a quote. If they match the plans and specifications with a written lower price, and we elect not to match it, we will release the plan to you and you can have them build it for you (terms and conditions apply, see representative for details).
