Be aware of “allowance” items, underestimating allowances, and incomplete specifications will cause unnecessary cost overruns sure to ruin what should be a wonderful home building experience.

Here’s where the Best Price Assurance comes in…

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your price, based on our plans and specifications, you can take them to another builder to get a quote. If they match the plans and specifications with a written lower price, and we elect not to match it, we will release the plan to you and you can have them build it for you (terms and conditions apply, see representative for details).
