We offer a variety of home plans designed to suit the needs of our home buyers.All of our plans can be altered (with limitation) to meet the needs and wants of our customers. We currently offer 19 distinct plans offering everything from a 1,098 sq. ft. expandable Bi-level to a 2,600+ sq. ft.two story and most things in-between. As a semi-custom builder, we always have homes in the construction process as well as completed models. We call these our "Designer Homes" these homes allow our Blueprintbuyers to purchase a completed home or in some cases add the finishing touches to a home under construction.

These homes are built with the quality you expect form Mark Winter Homes, they are typically just a little smaller and finished with fewer options to help meet a lower price point.
