These the homes we have been building for the last 20 years, full featured, built with the quality and style you expect from Mark Winter Homes. Many of these homes are built as semi custom homes. These homes start from the High 400's (without lot).

MW Series

This is a value based line of homes by the same team you’ve come to trust at Mark Winter Homes. As a market leader, we’ve put the same energy, planning, and quality into our latest collection. These are typically production homes and start from the Mid 400's with the lot included. Options are limited in these homes. MW Series plans can not be altered, this allows us to keep the outstanding value based pricing these homes provide.

This collection is our answer to the market need for a more value-orientated product without sacrificing the quality we’re very well known for. That’s right outstanding quality at a great value! Please check out this collection proudly marketed as our MW Series.
