Emery (2015 Revision)

This is the latest revision of our ever popular Emery plan. Refreshed and renewed for 2015 and beyond. This plan feature and open floor plan and some updates to the original plan. Gone is the dividing fireplace and in it's place is a handy serving bar (this is optional as the plan could be left wide open if you wish). The kitchen is loaded with great storage and feature even the most demanding will like and the laundry and mud room/drop zone are conveniently located. The master suite is spacious and offers the amenities you expect in this home. A second bedroom and bath are located to offer maximum privacy. The 3rd bedroom can flex to an office, as you see in this revision and the opportunities in the lower level are endless. In this revision, you'll see we added an additional two bedrooms and a recreation space complete with a bar, Have other ideas or needs, just let us know, we'll come up with the perfect plan for your needs.
